Quality department is charge of management of the file for the after-sale service information, and according to the rules “the costumer service management process", organize the after-sale service work. With the professional personnel of comprehensive character, and the right that Quality Department can choose anyone in any section for service, it is the most convenient to carry through the service work.
The shipyard service policy is “1-year guaranty and lifetime service”. After receiving the quality information of the costumers' feedback, we analyse the causes carefully and then work out the feasible scheme of after-sale service. Everything must be replied and solved. So that it advantageously ensures the ships' normal work and the costumers' requirement.
